Thursday, December 14th - 8am classes are CANCELLED. Update: All later classes will take place as scheduled. When Carroll County schools are on two-hour delay due to a weather event, Sure Foundation will automatically cancel 8am classes. Classes with later start times may still take place, depending on conditions. Updates will be posted here and on our Facebook page , and we will send an email to all families.
