Thursday, October 28th is our Halloween Party and Chick-Fil-A Day! Wear your costume to classes and bring a treat! Classes will take place as usual, so make sure your costume won't get in the way of classwork, and please keep it clean, modest, and fun! For high school and middle school classes, the registration deadline is August 27, 2021 and c lasses begin on September 9th! Our Open House and Kickoff picnic is on September 2nd - meet the tutors and learn your way around the facility. First day of classes is scheduled for September 9th! In response to growing demand for a Christian homeschool community for younger kids, Sure Foundation Homeschool Tutorial is planning to offer classes for Pre-K through Grade 5 students! Classes will be on Mondays in six-week sessions. We will also offer an elementary school gym class on Tuesdays. These classes will be part of our current Tutorial structure, with the same volunteer responsibilities expected of participating families, and the same registration fee (currently $75 per family). More class details will be available as we move forward in planning. We will need parents or older teens willing to teach and assist in these classes. If you are interested or would like to know more about the classes offered and what would be expected of volunteers and helpers, please contact us for information. FREE HOMESCHOOLING BOOKS AND MATERIALS!     After a change of hands, the Carroll County Homeschool Resource Center is dissolving. All items will be given away. So many great items, reading books, curriculum from K-12th grade, consumables, textbooks, etc. Come give some great books a new home!
